1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using CleanSweep, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. CleanSweep is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME].

2. What CleanSweep Is

CleanSweep is a marketplace platform that connects customers seeking mobile car washing services with independent washing professionals ("Washers"). CleanSweep does not itself provide car washing services. Washers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of CleanSweep.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Washers must additionally provide accurate identity information and comply with all applicable local business, tax, and licensing requirements.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the security of your credentials
  • One account per person; accounts are not transferable
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or attempt to defraud the platform

5. Bookings, Payments, and Fees

  • All payments must be made through the platform via our payment processor, Stripe. Off-platform payment for platform-originated jobs is prohibited
  • Customers are charged the price quoted at booking plus applicable taxes and processing fees
  • Washers may choose from available plan tiers. Platform fees and subscription charges are disclosed in the app before you commit
  • Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Standard payment processing fees apply as disclosed at checkout

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation windows and any applicable fees are shown at booking. If a service is not performed or is materially deficient, contact support within [X] days and we will review the job and, where appropriate, issue a refund or credit at our reasonable discretion.

7. Conduct on the Platform

  • Communicate through in-app chat until a booking is confirmed; do not attempt to move platform-originated jobs off-platform
  • No harassment, discrimination, unsafe conduct, or fraudulent activity
  • Ratings and reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences
  • Washers must perform services professionally, with appropriate equipment and care for the customer's property

8. Independent Contractor Relationship

Washers determine their own schedules, service offerings, equipment, and methods. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between CleanSweep and any Washer. Washers are solely responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licenses, and legal compliance.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." CleanSweep does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Washers, or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Verification badges indicate plan status and identity checks, not an endorsement or guarantee of work quality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanSweep's total liability arising from your use of the platform will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to CleanSweep in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) $100. CleanSweep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of any user, including damage to vehicles or property arising from services performed by Washers.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CleanSweep harmless from claims arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Dispute Resolution
